Obama Healthcare Reform Bill. Good or bad?

The new Healthcare reform bill is about to be finalised. With all the speculation that has ensued, what do you think this new legislative reform will mean for America, the deficit, the newly uninsured, the newly insured and is it the way forward that you have been hoping for?

 Let's put small buisness down the tube. Cause employers to drop the good plans for crappy ones or drop it all together. Increase the taxes and give coverage to the illegals. Thanks.
