100%  vs  0%

One of my Seniors ( Senior 1) did something which I thought was legally and morally wrong. I confronted her regards to the matter in question and in response, she brushed it off, calling it 'not urgent'. Simply implying that the problem/issue is of no significance. I couldnt let it continue, so I acted on my instincts and reported her to my other Senior (Senior 2) who hold the equally authorative position as Senior 1.

He thought the same thing as I did and so instructed me to report the problem to the supplier.

Senior 1 decides to confront me and accused me of 'going behind her back' and 'dobbing'. From then on, I stopped respecting her. She- has been making my life at work a little difficult.

I know I've left a chunk of the story out, however, you can clearly see what I am trying to say.

I am continuing to be civil to her, she, on the other hand is doing everything to make me look like a fool, even in front of fellow colleagues.

Bullying? or just plain childish?

Should I continue to be civil or crack it?

I think you should try to be civil as long as you can handle it, but if you can't, I suggest you stand your ground. The more you try to be civil, the more the bullying gets worse.
